Why is it free right now?
Because the beta isn’t a finished product — and we don’t believe in charging for something that isn’t finished. Our first users are testing the platform, showing us what’s missing and what needs improving. Their feedback is helping us build a tool that truly works for the people who use it every day.
How does it actually work?
You post a route with the origin, destination, cargo and date. Choose a verified partner, negotiate directly in the chat and approve the quote — all in one place. SwiftLogist generates the CMR and keeps everything together throughout the job, all the way to payment. No WhatsApp, no paperwork scattered around, no old emails to dig through.

Every company provides its business registration documents, transport licence and proof of insurance. We check them before they can post anything — no verification, no job. After that, ratings from completed jobs help build their track record on SwiftLogist.
How much does it cost, and why is it cheaper?
The beta is free. After that, Freemium stays at €0, Starter costs €360 excl. VAT/year, and Premium €1,200 excl. VAT/year — while traditional freight marketplaces can cost €130 to €200 a month. Why the difference? We keep things simple: no unnecessary overhead and no features designed for fleets of hundreds of trucks. SwiftLogist is built for small businesses — with pricing to match.
What do you do with my data and my documents?
Your documents are used only for verification and to manage your transport jobs. Nothing else. They’re never sold or shared with your competitors. Your data is hosted in Europe and handled in compliance with GDPR. You remain in control of your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Le CMR de SwiftLogist© a-t-il une valeur légale ?
No, and we’re completely transparent about that. SwiftLogist generates and stores the CMR, and carriers can attach photographic proof of delivery directly from their phone. Everything stays in one place and is easy to retrieve. However, it is not a legally compliant e-CMR, which requires qualified electronic signatures under the eIDAS regulation.
